Cartridge belt for a cavalry officer of the Guard, Model 1889, in black leather with silver braid edging; the clasp-shaped lid in silver-plated metal, featuring a plaque of the Order of St Andrew in silver-plated metal with polychrome enamel; the reverse of the lid lined with black velvet. Signs of wear to the leather; areas missing on the back. Hallmark “нак(ладное) сер(ебро)” for “silver-plated”. Russia, c. 1900. H. 8 x W. 15 x D. 3 cm.
