Bronze pectoral cross for the clergy, commemorating the War of 1812. The obverse bears the year 1812, surmounted by the radiant All-Seeing Eye; the reverse bears a quotation from the Book of Psalms: ‘Not unto us, not unto us, but unto Thy name’. Signs of wear. With a cross-shaped ribbon in the colours of the Order of Saint Vladimir, probably added later. Russia, early 19th century, after 1814. H. 7.9 x W. 4.5 cm.
