Flintlock rifle, with a wooden stock, steel and brass fittings, and a lock plate bearing the manufacturer’s mark ‘SUSTER-BECK’ (the former Western name for Sestroretsk) and the date ‘1803’, brass butt plate engraved with the double-headed imperial eagle and the inscription “К.М.П.” (Корпус морской пехоты/Marine Corps) and “Р.№ 4” (Company No. 4). Replaced hammer screw and minor damage. Russia, Suster-Beck (later Sestroretsk) arms factory, 1803. Length: 144.5 cm.
