Pair of cross-stitch embroideries bearing the cipher of Empress Maria Feodorovna TB monogram surrounded by laurel leaves and surmounted by a crown; at the bottom, the Empress’s cipher Russian double-headed eagle adorned with a garland and the Empress’s cipher Work attributed to Maria Feodorovna H_40 cm W_40 cm Provenance: Private collection, Paris XVI A pair of cross-stitch embroideries featuring the monogram of Empress Maria Feodorovna The monogram ‘TB’, surrounded by laurel branches and crowned, with the imperial monogram at the bottom. The second embroidery depicts a double-headed Russian eagle, adorned with a garland and the Empress’s monogram. The work is attributed to Empress Maria Feodorovna. Dimensions: 40 × 40 cm.
