A neo-Gothic vermeil chalice known as the "Troyes chalice", with a circular base decorated with lanceolate leaves on a fishnet background, and a ribbed bow. Marked Minerve. Marked by the Parisian master silversmith Antoine JOLIVET, registered in 1857. The heel engraved "Don de Mr François Briet et de ses soeurs". Height : 23 cm. Weight 369 gr. Scratches inside the bowl.
