RELIQUARY MONSTRANCE in chased and gilded bronze of Blessed Pierre Chanel, the curved base surmounted by an angel holding a phylactery and shouldered by two foliate scrolls, the bow encircled by a torso crown, the upper part richly openwork with garlands of roses, clasps and foliage surmounted by a cross, the four-lobed reliquary niche housing a montage of gilded papers (B.P. Chanel m.).
