The year 1932 marked an important event in the history of Bayonne, as it was in that very year that the Bayonne Festivities were first held. The bullfight depicted here featured performances by Manuel Bienvenida, Solorzano and ‘El Estudiante’. On the bullfighting front, the Urcola bull ranch took centre stage, presenting a selection of six bulls and one reserve bull. This bullfight was organised by the Association of Professional Journalists of Bayonne and the Basque Country.
