Katana sword with curved blade, signed "下山ウフ" (Shimoyama Ufu), the mount (koshirae) features a shagreen handle covered with bright blue silk braid, compressing menuki, the brown lacquer scabbard with gilt copper fittings chased in relief with the same galloping horses and floral scrolls.
