A male Lagalagana statue carved from wood, bearing traces of natural pigments and a brown patina resulting from long-term ritual use. Its function is that of guardian and protector of the family clan. An imposing head is supported by a powerful neck in the upper third of the sculpture. The torso, with its prominent pectoral muscles, is slightly turned, and the two arms, set apart from the body, end just above the hips.
