Imposing Apaginok figure in wood covered with polychrome pigments with an ancient patina of ritual use. It represents the "spirit of the waters" and consists of an ovoid head carved in a hollow, revealing a nose, eyes and mouth in relief. The upper part of the headdress ends in a curved bird's beak. The lower part symbolises the neck and serves as a handle. This type of sculpture was used during agrarian ceremonies linked to the yam harvest.
