Ndoma portrait mask in wood with a beautiful dark patina and ritual wear and tear. Beautiful sculpture with a complex shell-shaped headdress above an academic and well-proportioned face. It bears the traditional scarification marks of high-ranking figures. On either side, the cheeks are adorned with small reliefs forming a beard and a sort of grip on the chin. The interior shows signs of wear and erosion, indicating its age.
