Very old kneeling female statue in very heavy, very hard wood with a shiny black patina with red highlights. The head is surmounted by a chameleon with a shell headdress and plaited braids. The facial features are well defined, with broad eyebrows and large eyes. The mouth is square and surrounded by scarification marks, and the chin is pointed. A long, curved neck is planted between round shoulders and arms detached from the torso, with fists placed above the hips. An energetic chest is drawn forward (the tips of the breasts are pressed together) and the belly is rounded and protruding from the navel. Scarification marks are scattered all over the body.
