Superb large "kakolo ndondo" sanza. It has two juxtaposed systems for fastening the nine tongues. Seeds inside the instrument act as noisemakers in addition to those threaded onto the tongues. Geometric 'ytoma' motifs decorate the bottom of the instrument, reminiscent of Chokwe body scarification or basket weaving.
