Working under a pseudonym, MONK! has for several years been developing a singular body of photographic work that has been shown at a number of major art events in the Middle East. With this exclusive series, limited to just ten pieces, MONK! begins an open-ended reflection on the so-called 'primitive' arts and their resonance in the contemporary world.
