A large covered baluster-shaped porcelain vase with polychrome enamelled decoration on the lower part with ducks on a river, phoenixes and peacocks among peonies, flowering prunus and pomegranates, on the shoulder, bordered by waves, three cartouches with red insect motifs on a gold background alternating with cords on a blue background under a cover of lotus scrolls outlined in gold. The neck is adorned with a headband featuring a dragon and scholarly objects, and the lid is topped with a Fo dog playing with its young.
