Goblet with silver mount, Paris 1819–1838:
Made of 950 mil silver with a ruby-red glass lining. Richly decorated with chiselled and openwork designs featuring torch-bearing Cupids riding dogs. The goblet can also be used as a mustard pot.
Marked with the Michelangelo and Ceres hallmarks. No maker’s mark.
