MILK JUG
A bulbous silver jug. The plain body is engraved with the initials ‘DW’, surmounted by a peacock.
The neck, outlined with fillets, is adorned with a flower-shaped knob on which the blackened wooden handle rests.
The reverse is also engraved with initials: GKM.
Hallmarks: 1st standard, Brussels 1814–1831, and silversmith’s mark.
Height: 14 cm.
