made of silver, ovoid in shape and decorated with friezes of water leaves. The plain body rests on a circular pedestal. The neck is adorned with a rosette that extends into a blackened wooden handle.
Various hallmarks, including that of the Paris Assay Office (1819–1838) and the silversmith’s mark: Guillaume Richard (registered in 1809). Also bearing the 2nd title hallmark and the Belgian hallmark of guarantee for 1814–1831.
