RELIC MEDALLION in gilded metal and tortoiseshell, decorated with a bas-relief engraving depicting, on one side, the Crucifixion surrounded by the inscription “Lavit nos a peccatis in sanguine suo” and, on the other side, two cherubs kneeling before a monstrance placed on an altar, surrounded by the inscription “Praised be the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar”.
With a loop. Hinged opening.
