Mr Fr LEDERMULLER Microscopic entertainment for both the mind and the eyes (…). Nuremberg, Adam Wolfgang Winterschmidt, 1764–1766–1768, 3 parts in 1 volume in-4 of (8)-126-(4)pp, 138-(2)pp, (8)-118-(2)pp and 23pp (supplement to *Microscopic Amusements* (…)) illustrated with a frontispiece and a total of 152 finely colour-enhanced engraved plates (100 for the first two parts, 50 for the third and 2 for the supplement). The fifth and final part, published in 1775 with 6 plates, is missing (according to Brunet, this is missing from most copies). First edition in French. Later binding in romantic fawn half-basane, with a smooth, decorated spine.
