Jean-Pierre SEURAT (1952–2009) A free-form sculpture in hot-assembled blown glass, depicting a reclining figure in bright colours (red, blue, yellow and green). On the underside, rubber pads cover the ground and sandblasted areas (except for the yellow section, which shows a mark from the original tool). Signed and dated on one side ‘JP SEURAT 93’. H. 22.5 cm – L. 42 cm. (Slight chips) Its colours are reminiscent of Joël Linard’s figurative sculptures.
