PABLO PICASSO (1881-1973) DOVE ON A BED OF STRAW A.R. 79 An engobed and enamelled earthenware dish, with a partially knife-engraved decoration, standing out against a black background. The beige enamelled back with the handwritten inscription "1175 Madoura d'Après Picasso" preceded by a monogram. Stamped "Madoura Plein feu". The model was made in 1949.
