PROVENANCE: Gift from Pierre Székely to Gérard Devred In the family by inheritance HISTORY: Gérard Devred was a member of the Valenciennes Diocesan Commission for Sacred Art at the time of the construction of the Carmelite Chapel at Saint-Saulve. This chapel was designed and built between 1964 and 1966 by Pierre Székely, in collaboration with the Valenciennes architect Claude Guislain.
