China for Vietnam, 19th century, Two blue-white porcelain "wish" bowls, known as "Huế blue" decorated with the swastika symbol "Ten thousand years of long life and happiness" and the ideogram "longevity" stylised in a medallion and surrounded by five bats. Two-character mark 玩玉 'ngoạn ngoc' under the base of the smaller bowl and 'Nhược Thâm trân tàng' in the Roushen collection on the reverse of the larger. Cracks on the large bowl and firing defect on the small one.
