Album comprising twelve pages illustrated with trees in bloom, birds and insects illustrating several styles of painting such as the "Hunan style", the "calligraphic style", the "scholarly style" and the "xiang style".
Polychrome pigments on silk.
Vertical orihon mounting
Size: 39.7 x 27.3 cm
Silk cover mounted on wood and decorated with peonies and swastikas. Stamped with the words "Pavilion of righteousness". Framed by a wooden rod carved with Greek figures. The title of the album would have appeared on the paper strip to the left. The stamp at the bottom is still visible.
CR: The plates have small stains, foxing and a few small gaps. The upper right-hand corner has a stain of moisture and red ink which does not affect the representations. This also extends to the cover. It is also crossed by a lateral crack (maximum 4 mm).
