OPERA OMNIA QÆ EXSTANT, based on various readings by Dionysius Lambinus and other most learned scholars of all ages; the works of Alexander Scor Scottus, illustrated with engravings and divided into sections corresponding to the Apparatum Latinæ Locutionis. LUGDUNI, JOAN PILLEHOTTE, 1588. Two volumes bound together as a single in-12 volume (145 x 90), comprising (21) folios, 293 pp., (3) ff., the last blank – 575 pp., (1) p. bearing the imprint “Lugduni excudebat Petrus Roussin 1588”. Full antique (contemporary?) binding in havana calfskin. Spine with three raised bands decorated with gilt palettes; gilt palettes on the covers accompanied by blind-stamped borders. Binding damaged: split joints, missing caps, worn corners, rare water-stain marks. A rare 16th-century edition.
