Amélie KAUTZ (1796-1860) Portrait of Madame Fanny LEFEVRE PONTALIS née SOUFFLOT, watercolour miniature, 14.5 x 11.5 cm (17.8 x 14.5 cm with its brass frame) signed "Amélie KAUTZ". On the back part of the genealogy of Mme LEFEVRE PONTALIS, descendant of the architect of the Panthéon Jacques-Germain SOUFFLOT (1713-1780). Amélie de Lacépède, born Countess KAUTZ, specialised in miniatures and watercolours and exhibited at the Salon until 1842.
