Medical report on the Empress Marie-Louise’s health, two days after the birth of the King of Rome (20 March). This report, drawn up ‘at half past nine in the morning’ by the obstetrician Antoine DUBOIS, is countersigned by the doctors Joseph BOURDIER, Jean-Nicolas CORVISART, and the surgeon Alexandre-Urbain YVAN. They state: ‘Her Majesty the Empress is as well as one could wish.’
