Letter signed ‘L.S.’ as a brigadier-general, HQ at Binger [late 1793?], to General Paillard at Budenheim; 1 page, folio size, addressed with handwritten countersignature and red wax seal. He had a gendarme send some sugar and coffee to his ‘comrade’... RARE.
