Spine in very good condition, corners slightly worn. Interior in very good condition, colours well preserved, title in red on title page. A very fine and rare copy, remarkably well preserved. A story first published in strip form in the newspaper Le Soir: "This treasure, belonging to the pirate Rackham the Red, was on board the ship LA LICORNE, which is believed to have sunk towards the end of the 17th century" (strip no. 5, 24 February 1943).
