In-8 (170x225 mm), fawn Jansenist morocco, spine with 4 blind-stamped false ribs, blind-stamped fillet on the edges, lemon morocco linings framed by a thick gold fillet and adorned with stamped, gilded and mosaicked brown morocco eyelets, lavallière and red, bookbinder’s signature in the leather, brocaded silk endpapers with ochre and lemon floral decoration on a cream background, double endpapers, edges gilt on strips, covers and spine printed on red paper preserved, edged slipcase (René Kieffer).
