Folio volume (440 x 330 mm), half-percaline in Bradel style, smooth spine decorated with a title label in gilt letters. 12pp., (1f.n.ch), 24pp., (1 unpaginated leaf); (1 unpaginated leaf), 40 pp., (1 unpaginated leaf); (1 unpaginated leaf), 36 pp., iii-iv, (1 unpaginated leaf), (1 blank leaf), 32 pp., (1 blank leaf),; (1 blank leaf), 32 pp., (1 blank leaf).
