Edition from the year of the original publication, marked “7th”. An exceptional copy, enhanced by a double autographed dedication. On the title page, Albert Camus signs a long and warm dedication to Georges Saillard, the actor who played the elderly patrician Senectus: ‘To Georges Saillard, one of those who bring honour and strength to the great craft of acting.
