[ESTATES-GENERAL]. Minutes of the assembly of the lords of the Estates of the province of Languedoc. Montpellier, Jean Martel the Elder, 1782. Folio, brown morocco, triple gilt rule and gilt scroll, coat of arms in the centre, decorated spine, gilt edges (contemporary binding). First edition. The minutes of the Estates-General of Languedoc were printed annually from 1777 to 1789. This assembly was held in Montpellier from November 1781 to January 1782. Two appendices concern the seneschalships of Toulouse and Carcassonne. A fine copy in brown morocco leather bearing the coat of arms of the Estates of Languedoc. Binding slightly rubbed, traces of repainting on the covers, marginal water stain at the end of the volume.
