In-8, root-cut sheepskin, gilt roulette, plain decorated spine, daffodil-coloured edges (contemporary binding). First edition, second printing, with the six cards which the author had inserted into the volume shortly after it was printed, and the final errata. A fine copy in a contemporary binding. Slight discolouration at the top of the front cover. Longchamp, no. 29 – Schazmann, no. 22 – Escoffier, no. 80.
