Paris, Lefèvre, 1820–1822. 21 in-16 volumes (out of 30), long-grain morocco in various shades (purple, red, blue, beige and turquoise), double border of gilt fillets and a blind-stamped scroll with fleurons at the corners, gilt spine, interior lace, gilt edges (Thouvenin). A collective edition in Italian of the greatest Italian poets, published by Antonio Buttura and printed by Pierre Didot. This set comprises volumes I to VI, VIII to XIX, XXIII and XXX, containing: Dante, *La Divina commedia*, 3 vols.; Petrarch, *Le Rime*, 3 vols.; Ariosto, *Orlando Furioso*, 8 vols.; *Scelta di poesie italiane d’autori antichi, d’autori dell’età media e d’autori moderni*, 3 vols.; Tasso, *La Gerusalemme liberata*, 4 vols., to which is appended a 5th vol. containing *Aminta*, 1819.
