Earthenware plate with a curved rim, featuring a pre-Revolutionary polychrome ‘flag’ design: in the centre, a coat of arms crowned with three fleurs-de-lis, interspersed with flags at half-mast, fifes, drums and cannonballs. This design is an evolution of the pre-Revolutionary motif known as "aux drapeaux".
