Set of silver cutlery, pinched spatula with scrolls, foliage and scrolls, decorated with flowers and a plume of leaves, figured, comprising : Twenty-four entremet place settings, twenty-four entremet knives with forged silver handles and steel blades, twenty-four fruit knives with forged silver handles and silver blades marked Touron, twenty-four tea or coffee spoons, twelve salt scoops, one ice serving scoop with forged silver handle and silver spoon. Minerve 1st Title, Master-smith: Pierre-François Queillé for the silver cutlery and handles, Parisot for the silver blades. Weight of the silver pieces: 3,278 g. Gross weight of the fruit knives with filled silver handles, silver blade and ice serving scoop: 1,120 g. Gross weight of the entremet knives with silver handles and steel blades: 937 g. Total gross weight: 5,335 g. Some deformation, rust stains and missing steel blades, ice serving scoop slightly dismantled, some scratches on the fork tines.
