Description
A silver oil and vinegar cruet with a rectangular gallery top, claw feet, the nacelles with scrolled and gadrooned console uprights decorated with circumscribed palmettes on the stopper holders, gadrooned ring columns, moulded ring grip fixed on a smooth pinecone, the glass bottles engraved with herbaceous plants. Paris 2ème Coq 1er Titre, 1809-1819, hallmarked Minerve 925°/°°, Master-Smith: inaccessible W. 22 cm, H. 32.5 cm. Weight: 540 g. Deformations, gallery loosened on approximately 7 cm, cork-holders loosened from the column, a branch of a cork-holder broken and deformations, bottles missing the corks and crack to a neck.
