Letter patent of ennoblement, conferring the rank of Knight, dated 28 December 1828 (19th century), granted and signed by Emperor Francis I of Austria, to Hermengild Von Peche, Chief Controller of the Exchequer of the Hereditary Kingdom of Bohemia. He is also the step-grandfather of Madame Marie Gräfin Ségur-Cabanac.
A crimson velvet binding containing an 8-page folio on vellum.
It also features a high-quality gouache of the family coat of arms, with fresh colours and in excellent condition, depicting the family’s arms.
Signed by Emperor Francis I of Austria.
With its gold-threaded cords, seal holder and accompanying wax seal.
