An oval-shaped brooch-pendant in 750 gold and 800 silver, adorned with a two-layered agate cameo carved with the left-profile bust of a woman wearing a headdress. The setting is embellished with a foliage garland accented with diamond-set roses, from which hangs a small, probably fine, teardrop-shaped pearl pendant. The pin is made of metal.
