ALI PACHA AND VASSILIKI clock
in gilded bronze, depicting the famous couple standing side by side, holding hands. The young woman is seated slightly in profile, her feet resting on a large cushion, her face turned towards Ali Pasha, who stands beside her, his hand resting on the muzzle of his rifle. The base, with a classical acanthus leaf design, is adorned with a cartouche depicting Ali Pasha in Vassiliki’s arms, based on an engraving by E. Zinck. White enamelled dial with black Roman numerals. Silver-plated dial signed ‘RICHOND Pt, Bvrd Montmartre’.
