Round case in guilloché yellow gold, the outer caseback engraved with an elegant interlaced monogram "JBL" in a foliate scroll design. White enamelled dial with Roman numerals, minute track and small seconds at 6 o'clock, Louis XV style gold hand. Fluted crown with bezel.
Hand-wound mechanical movement signed "Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève", equipped with a Swiss lever balance and an engraved "Avance/Retard" racket balance Inner case bearing the maker's signature and the number 41751, with the words "Genève".
