A fine court sword with a slender triangular blade, lightly engraved with floral motifs at the base.
Beautiful silver mountings. Olive-shaped pommel with stylised floral decoration and prominent rivets; flat crossguard curved in the centre. Quillon arched forwards; no figurative donkey (late 18th century). Oval crossguard re-pierced with two-tone stylised floral decoration (silver and gilded)
No scabbard.
