ROUVIÈRE, Paris. A fine portico clock, 19th century, in white marble with fluted columns, in the ‘asparagus tips’ style; the portico is surmounted by baluster vases and a brazier. A beautiful, dynamically shaped entablature with rich gilded bronze ornamentation featuring garlands, pine cones and pearls. Presented in its glass dome. Two keys are included. H: 48 cm – W: 32 cm – D: 10 cm. (The clock face glass is missing and there are minor imperfections)
