CHINA – Very important glazed porcelain baluster vase with polychrome decoration depicting lakeside scenes featuring children and figures within cartouches on a yellow vermiculated ground, and a floral frieze on a yellow ground. Apocryphal Qianlong ‘zuanshu’ mark on the reverse. Late 19th–early 20th century.
