Oil on mahogany panel, signed lower left. Wooden frame with gilded stucco. Traces of wax seals and a label reading “BOUIHARD 41807 and No. 714”, believed to be an auction label. Marked “1937” with a stylised red “CG” monogram on the back of the frame. Traces of a label in the top right-hand corner. Mark on the reverse of LEFRANC et Cie featuring a crossed caduceus and anchor surrounded by the letters L & F.
