A gaming table in exotic wood veneer and marquetry, decorated with floral motifs within a cartouche and foliage scrolls; the swivelling top (portfolio) is covered in green felt, whilst the scalloped rim opens to reveal a drawer resting on four arched legs. Bronze ornamentation including seashells and clogs. Louis XV style, late 19th century. Dimensions when closed: 78 x 81 x 57 cm. Dimensions when open: 74 x 116 x 80 cm. Some veneer lifting and signs of wear.
