Dimensions: H. 285 x 263 cm
The composition features a very large bouquet in the foreground which occupies almost the entire space; it is extremely decorative. A beautiful, wide border decorated with garlands of lifelike flowers and fruit tied with ribbons frames the composition; at each corner of the border is a dog, a symbol of loyalty. The Ateliers de la Marche were the workshops in Aubusson and Felletin known by this name prior to the establishment of the royal manufactories.
