Maurice Sinet, known as SINÉ (1928–2016), French illustrator and caricaturist. Autographed postcard addressed to his friend JACQUES PRÉVERT, Cité Véron. No place, 2 April 1958 [according to the postmark]. 1 p. in-12. On the front of the card is a priest, seen from behind, with a convict’s ball and chain at his feet. A small flap of paper lifts up to reveal three small drawings: ‘Mon cul’, ‘Raie dure’ and ‘Uff’, signed ‘Siné’ on the last flap.
